In accordance with the existing provisions set forth in the revisions and enlargements to the Constitution of the Republic of China, the National Assembly shall have functions and powers as follows:
Provisions in the second paragraph of Article 1 of the Constitutional Enlargement and Amendments
1.In accordance with the provisions in clause 4 of paragraph 1, Article 27 of the Constitution, take a referendum on a Bill of Constitutional Amendment submitted by the Legislative Yuan
2.In accordance with the provisions in paragraph 5 of Article 4 of the Constitutional Enlargement and Amendments, take a referendum on a Bill of Territorial Modification submitted by the Legislative Yuan and take a vote on the same
3.In accordance with the provisions in paragraph 10 of Article 2 of the Constitutional Enlargement and Amendments, deliberate and vote on the Bill of Impeachment of the President and Vice President submitted by the Legislative Yuan.
