Decision on Proposals on Impeachment of President and Vice President Constitution amendment   1.According to the second clause of the 174th item of the constitution, an amendment of the constitution could be submitted and sent to the National Assembly for Referendum only when it is proposed by more than 1/4 of all the members of the Legislation Yuan and is approved by 3/4 of the presenting members (at least 3/4 of all the members).The amendment should be proclaimed at least half a year before the National Assembly opened. 2.The National Assembly has not reserved referendum to the Constitution amendment amendment proposed by the Legislative Yuan for the time being.
