1.According to the constitutional amendments, the impeachment of president, vice president should be proposed by the Legislative Yuan and decided by the National Assembly. Impeachment of president, vice president by the Legislative Yuan owing to his/her crimes in domestic convultion or foreign invasion should be proposed by more than one half of all legislators, decided by two thirds of all legislators and submitted to the National Assembly, to which Article 90, 100 of the Constitution and Article 7, Item 1 of the constitutional amendment should not be applicable .
2.Until now, the right to decide on impeachment of president, vice president has never been implemented.
