The National Assembly has exercised the right of constitution- repairing for 6 times since April,1991 to April,2000.After the Constitution amendment in 2000,the procedure of Constitution amendment should be carried out according to the second clause of the 174th item of the constitution: an amendment should be submitted by the Legislative Yuan and then be sent to the National Assembly for Referendum after it has been proclaimed for half a year.
